- Collaborate with the wider staff team to implement positive behaviour strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: HLTA status (or equivalent experience/qualifications).
- Experience: A proven track record of working with children or young people, ideally within an alternative provision, specialist placement, or SEMH setting.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, patience, and the ability to balance academic expectations with a highly supportive, nurturing approach.
- Commitment: A reliable team player dedicated to continuous professional development, including attendance at our mandatory Wednesday evening staff training sessions.
What We Offer
- A highly supportive, collaborative, and relational working environment.
- Consistent, weekly professional development and training (Wednesday) to ensure you feel confident and equipped.
- The opportunity to make a genuine, tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable young people within a specialist framework.
