Hill West Primary school are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Before and After School Club Manager, qualified to Level 3 Teaching Assistant standard (or equivalent), to lead and develop our wraparound provision. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering a safe, engaging and inclusive environment where children feel valued and supported beyond the school day. They will demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills, effectively manage staff within the provision, and ensure high standards of care, behaviour and safeguarding are consistently upheld. A proactive approach, creativity in planning activities, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues are essential.
Working Pattern: 7.25am – 8.40am daily and 3.20pm – 6.00pm daily
