Breakfast Chef Hotel

Our client is an international hotel group based in the centre of Bath, due for a multi million pound refurbishment in the new year. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel is perfectly located for tourists to access this beautiful city.

The Job

We are looking for a solid chef who can manage a very busy breakfast service catering for hotel guests in excess of 150 covers per day. The breakfast team consists of 2 breakfast chefs and a kitchen porter, the head chef wants a breakfast chef who he can confidently leave to manage this busy service.
