Looking for your first step into AI, technology and business improvement?
We’re looking for a confident, curious and people-focused apprentice to join our Learning & Development / Systems team.
This is a unique opportunity to learn how AI and technology can help businesses work smarter, while developing valuable skills in coaching, training, communication and business improvement.
We’re not looking for a coder or software developer. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new things and helping others succeed.
You may already have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, leisure, sales or another customer-facing role where you’ve built confidence communicating with people and solving problems.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll help colleagues across the business understand, adopt and get the best from new technology and AI tools.
You’ll:
- Deliver training and coaching sessions to colleagues
- Support people as they learn new systems and ways of working
- Become a trusted point of contact for AI and technology support
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help introduce new tools, processes and business improvements
- Create learning materials, guides and support resources
- Work closely with recruiters, managers and support teams
- Learn how AI and automation can improve productivity and performance
- Support projects focused on technology adoption and continuous improvement

- Is naturally curious and enjoys solving problems
- Wants to build a career that combines technology, business improvement and people development
You don’t need to be a technical expert!
We’ll teach you the technical side. What’s most important is your attitude, communication skills, willingness to learn and confidence working with people. If you’ve been a team leader, supervisor, customer service assistant, retail assistant, hospitality team member, or you’re someone who naturally enjoys helping and supporting others, we’d love to hear from you.
