Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their expanding technical team in Romsey. This role offers the chance to produce high-quality working technical drawings for residential projects while ensuring compliance with UK building regulations.
Key responsibilities include interpreting client briefs, producing detailed drawings, and overseeing project timescales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK building regulations, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
