Protocol Education Ltd is looking for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support young people with challenging behaviour at a Pupil Referral Unit in Ferryhill, starting in September. The role requires a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and skills in behaviour management and resilience.

As part of the role, you will engage with pupils to foster a positive learning environment, demonstrating patience and adaptability. This is a temporary position with opportunities for long-term placements and potential permanency.
