Overview

The role of Assistant Back of House Manager will be a key position within our food & beverage operation, supporting the Back of House Manager in the smooth running of the kitchen and back of house operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Back of House Manager with daily kitchen operations.
  • Collate all cutlery and crockery stock takes and highlight any breakages or concerns.
  • Support training and gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs and requirements in F&B back of house, alongside the Back of House Manager.
  • Co‑ordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Compile health and safety audits in Excel.

About You

  • Current Back of House supervisory or management experience within a large multi‑food and beverage operation.
  • Ability to proactively prioritise needs and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of the hotel to assist internal & external clients.
  • Up‑to‑date with current health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
  • Health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two.
