EYFS Teacher Job – Leatherhead – Infant School – September 2026 – £150-£180 PAYE
We are currently recruiting for an EYFS Teacher job in Leatherhead to join a small, welcoming infant primary academy from September 2026. This is a full-time EYFS teaching role (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm), ideal for both an experienced Early Years teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin or develop their career in a supportive, nurturing school environment.
EYFS Teacher Role
- Full-time EYFS Teacher position in Leatherhead
- Full classroom responsibility within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting
- Planning and delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences
- Supporting children’s early development, communication and social skills
- Encouraging creativity, independence and curiosity through play
- Utilising a stimulating outdoor learning environment
- Creating a positive, inclusive and safe classroom environment
EYFS Teacher Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent – essential
- Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs
- For experienced teachers: previous experience in a UK EYFS or primary school setting
- For ECTs: completed placements within a UK early years or primary environment
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Passion for early years education and child development
