Support Worker for Independent Living (Autism & MH)

Compassionate Care Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Manchester to provide companionship and assistance to a female client with mild learning disabilities and autism. You will help promote her independence and facilitate her social engagements, while also adapting to her needs during sometimes unpredictable moods.

Full time, part time, and bank contracts are available, featuring a 6-hour rolling rota with an hourly rate of £13.40. Ideal candidates will have experience in mental health or disabilities, with a compassionate approach to challenging behaviors.
