Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Manage and inspire your teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple large-scale catering projects, ensuring seamless delivery across locations.
  • Financial Oversight: Analyse financial data to create actionable strategies that drive profitability and efficiencies.
  • Customer Focus: Use all feedback mechanisms to create and implement improvement campaigns that keep satisfaction scores elevated.
  • Innovation Driver: Identify emerging food trends and craft innovative offerings that delight our customers.
  • ESG Leadership: Develop and execute cutting-edge environmental, social and governance strategies that ensure we remain a leader in this field.
  • Health & Safety Champion: Promote and maintain a culture where safety and compliance are inherent and institutionalised.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Advocate: Establish an environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive, celebrating and respecting the unique qualities of all individuals.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the best version of yourself and a passion for all things food and service delivery. Previous experience working with a facilities management company is essential.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations with turnover in excess of £10m in the catering or hospitality industry
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and customer insights to shape winning strategies.
  • A track record of driving innovation in food services and embracing new trends.
  • Strong presentation skills and the charisma to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A leader who champions health & safety, diversity, and inclusion.
  • ESG expertise, with a history of implementing sustainable and impactful strategies.
  • Natural people developer with a focus for training, motivating, and building high-performing teams.
  • A foodie at heart, with a genuine passion for the industry and an insatiable appetite for growth.
