At Parkdean Resorts, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Activity & Leisure Assistant to deliver our exciting programme of activities and leisure sessions. This role supports the Activity & Leisure Manager and the wider team in delivering a safe, fun, and high quality activity programme for guests of all ages.

What you will be doing

• Taking part in and delivering activity, sports, and leisure sessions that are fun, inclusive, and safe.
• Supporting the smooth delivery of the leisure and activity programme, following all company policies and operating guidelines.
• Ensuring the safety of guests and team members through correct equipment use, storage, and security.
• Maximising retail and ancillary income through great product knowledge, attractive displays, and confident upselling.
• Keeping activity and leisure areas clean, well presented, and safe at all times.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service and representing the park as a positive ambassador.

About you

• A relevant NGB qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience in leisure, activities, or a customer facing role (desirable but not essential).
• A positive, energetic approach and passion for delivering brilliant guest experiences.
• A First Aid at Work qualification (desirable).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied days, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
