AMA Admin is looking for a dedicated Pastoral Support Mentor in Guildford to support vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support, acting as a positive role model, and contributing to individual behaviour and welfare plans.
Ideal candidates will be emotional resilient, understand trauma-informed practices, and ideally have experience in SEMH settings. Full-time and part-time positions are available, starting ASAP.
