AMA Admin is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Mentor in Farnborough to support vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role involves providing both 1:1 and small-group pastoral support, helping pupils develop emotional regulation strategies, and acting as positive role models.
The ideal candidate should have a background in working with young people in SEMH or similar settings, along with emotional resilience to handle challenges effectively. Opportunities for progression and support are offered by the school.
