Early Career Teachers

Simply Education is working with schools in the Northamptonshire area seeking Early Career Teachers (ECT) to join them on a supply basis.

As a Supply Teacher you will work as much as you like across the Primary and Secondary sectors.

Job Requirements

• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Ideally hold UK QTS.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Formal qualification such as a PGCE in Education is essential, although previous experience in a classroom environment would also be considered.
• Passion for teaching and education.
• Creative approach to teaching.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Passion for supporting students in their learning.
• Ambition and drive to become an outstanding classroom practitioner.
• Excellent communication and lesson delivery skills.
• Hard work ethic.
