Class 1 Trunk Driver (Nights)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Class 1 Night trunk driver to join our growing night trunking team. Reporting to the night shift Warehouse Manager, you will assist with collecting goods from customers before taking a fully loaded trailer to one of our many depots.

Schedule & Compensation

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday // varied hours

Salary: £18.88 p/h

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: BD6 1DW (Bradford)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring vehicle checks are carried out at the start of every shift
• Responsible for ensuring load safety of every trailer
• Making sure all DD trailers arrive at the depots in a timely manner
• Assisting the night shift operation in whatever way possible.

Role Requirements

• Valid Class 1 driving licence
• Minimum 3 years experience driving a Class 1 vehicle
• Experience in the use of DD trailers preferred
• Previous experience delivering to large depots/distribution centres
• Must be flexible with start/finish times
