Lifeguard – Pool Safety & Customer Experience

Walsall Council is seeking motivated and responsible Lifeguards to join their team at various leisure centers in Walsall. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in maintaining a clean environment.

This role requires an NPLQ qualification and strong communication skills, along with experience in customer service. The positions are available full-time and part-time, with opportunities for personal development and training in swimming instruction and gym instruction.
