1:1 SEND TA – Primary Education Support

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEND in Primary Schools around Market Rasen. This role is full-time from Monday to Friday.

You will work closely with the student to ensure they receive the individualized support they need. Key responsibilities include assisting during lessons, communicating progress effectively, and adapting lesson plans. Ideal candidates will have a passion for education and experience working with children.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate between £14.25 to £16.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
