Are you an inspiring HLTA ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a confident, motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and forward-thinking school team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the classroom, make a real difference to pupils’ progress, and be valued as a vital part of the wider staff team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning sessions across the curriculum
• Support and inspire pupils one-to-one and in small groups
• Work alongside experienced teachers in a collaborative environment
• Help shape positive behaviour and a love of learning
• Be trusted to take initiative and make an impact every day

Qualifications

• Holds HLTA status or has strong relevant experience
• Has a passion for supporting children to succeed
• Brings energy, confidence and flexibility to the classroom
• Is a strong communicator and team player
• Is committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
