Year 4 Teacher – Erdington

Job Overview

A school within Erdington is looking for a full‑time Year 4 teacher to start in September 2026 and continue through July 2027. The role requires full responsibilities, including lesson planning, report writing, parent evenings, and overall classroom management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum-based lessons for Year 4 students.
• Prepare and submit accurate student reports.
• Organise and conduct parent evening meetings.
• Manage classroom behaviour and adapt lessons to meet mixed ability needs.
• Support the development of positive learning attitudes and independence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and the National Curriculum.
• Enthusiastic, well‑motivated, and talented classroom practitioner.
