Parts Delivery Driver

What you will do

Renault Truck Commercials based in Faversham, Kent is recruiting a customer‑service driven Parts Delivery Driver who will provide a high standard of service to customers that promotes the profitable sale of Parts and Accessories.

Working Monday to Friday: Full time Monday – Friday 45 hours 08:00 to 18:00 with occasional Saturday mornings.

Full UK manual driving licence required (maximum 3 points) – driving either a Renault Trafic or Renault Master.

Overview of duties:

• Maintain high levels of customer service by responding promptly to customer queries.
• Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery.
• Explain any short‑falls on delivery and propose remedial actions.
• Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery.
• Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis.
• Promote sales of parts at all times.
• Support the parts department during holiday, sickness and training periods.

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence with maximum 3 points.
• Experience in a customer‑service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills.
• Experience within a Parts/Parts store position and stock control.
• Fit and healthy to lift heavy parts in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
• Computer savvy to work on in‑house systems and Outlook emails.
