Position Overview
Tadley Court School are seeking to appoint a Teacher to join our successful and forward-thinking school. Suitable for qualified, experienced or unqualified teacher or ECT with experience of working in a SEND background. This position is for a September 2026 start.
Tadley Court School is a specialist school with an Ofsted rating of Good with Outstanding features. Our day school specialises in the education and care of children and young people aged 4 to 19 who all have a formal Autism diagnosis and either SLD or MLD. The school is set in a beautiful semi‑rural location with four acres of well‑maintained grounds and a healthy referral stream that proudly delivers values‑led education.
All of our students have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and SLD; they require patient staff willing to use a holistic and therapeutic approach. You will work in an enthusiastic and supportive phase that challenges students to be as independent as possible in their learning and communication. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching some of the most vulnerable students in society and a real will to make a difference to their lives and to their families.
