Spa Therapist Apprenticeship – Eden Hotel Collection

If you are currently completing or have completed a Level 2 Beauty Therapy course, or have undertaken a Level 2 apprenticeship and are prepared to elevate your skills, this apprenticeship offers a unique pathway into the luxury wellness industry.
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or close to completion).
- Motivation to pursue a Level 3 qualification and to work hard in this opportunity.
- A passion for providing holistic and beauty therapies according to a five‑star spa service standard.
- Exceptional grooming standards.
- A positive “can do” attitude, good sense of humour, team spirit, and a genuine passion for the industry.
Your Journey with Us
Work a minimum of 30 hours per week (including training), usually starting during the summer months before officially commencing the apprenticeship in September.
Spa operations run Monday to Sunday, so flexibility is essential; weekends are busiest. Weekend work is expected, with weekends off generally once per month, fairly distributed within the team.
