Matchday Spectator Safety Steward – Accu Stadium
Carlisle Events is a leading supplier of staffing solutions, providing stewarding, security and event operations to prestigious UK venues for more than twenty years. This role supports safety and quality service at Huddersfield’s Accu Stadium.
Role Overview
As an Event Steward you will work at a variety of events at Accu Stadium, including football, rugby and concerts. Your main responsibilities are to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. Key duties include:
- Scanning tickets
- Directing spectators
- Monitoring crowds
- Managing queues
We offer progression to supervisory roles and the possibility to work at other UK venues including Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and further afield.
Role Requirements
- You must hold a Level 2 qualification in Spectator Safety (or above).
- Minimum 75% commitment to football and rugby events held at the stadium.
- Flexibility and reliability are essential.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for working with the public.
- A friendly, approachable, professional manner.
- Previous experience in security, stewarding or customer care is advantageous.
