How the Programme Works
Year One – Cover Supervisor with Training Support (September 2026 – August 2027)
Begin as a fully employed Cover Supervisor, earning from day one while building classroom confidence and professional skills.

Training and Development

Year Two – Initial Teacher Training (September 2027 – July 2028)
Progress into formal ITT with continued financial support, working towards your PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status.
By completion you will have:
- Achieved your PGCE qualification
- Gained full Qualified Teacher Status
- Secured a permanent teaching position
- Continued financial support throughout
Entry Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (UK or internationally recognised equivalent)
- GCSE English Language — Grade C/4 or above
- GCSE Mathematics — Grade C/4 or above
