Night-Time Family Support Specialist (Residential)

Compass Fostering in Cottingham is seeking a dedicated Night Family Support Worker to provide essential support in a Residential Family Assessment Centre. The role is integral in monitoring Parent & Child placements and ensuring safety throughout the night.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in relevant settings, strong safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication skills to effectively assist families in complex situations.
