Trust-Wide SEND Specialist: Complex Needs & Inclusion Leader

Local Education is seeking a Complex Needs & SEND Teacher for a permanent role within a multi-academy trust in England, starting September 2026 or January 2027. This position offers the opportunity to support primary-aged pupils with Complex SEND across various schools for a true impact on educational inclusion.

The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders and SEND teams and will have a strong background in SEND teaching and mentorship. A passion for improving outcomes for SEND students is essential, alongside Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
