Founding ASD Primary Teacher – Build a New Specialist School

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher for a new specialist school in Backwell, North Somerset, opening in Autumn 2026. This role offers the unique opportunity to join the founding team and shape an exceptional educational environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special needs.

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status and have proven experience in supporting pupils with SEND. You will be responsible for planning tailored learning experiences and fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere.
