Catering Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Required September 2026 – July 2027
- Grade: BB02 (Salary Point 03)
- FTE Salary: £25,185 / Actual Salary: £13,218 per annum
- Working pattern: 22.5 hours per week, Term Time + 6 Days
- Living wage supplement: brings hourly rate up to £13.45 per hour
We are looking to appoint a part‑time Catering Assistant to add to the existing team at St Benet Biscop Catholic Academy. This role requires reliable individuals with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills who will assist in the provision of an effective and efficient catering service, supporting the catering team to provide a high quality of service to students and staff. The candidate must have catering experience, be flexible, and be able to support in the main school kitchen, Sixth Form Café, and primary school provision where necessary.
