Kitchen Manager – Cardiff City Centre (Stadium) – Premier Inn. Salary: £36,500 – £41,250.
As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the Thyme Restaurant to ensure daily success and smooth operation, creating a winning team and delivering the best service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Support the Hotel Manager in recruitment, induction and onboarding of new Kitchen team members.
- Lead with a hands‑on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre‑shift briefs.
- Manage stock control and food margins.
- Manage NSF, EHO and Health & Safety audits to a high standard.
- Deliver to specification and brand standards.
- Drive individual high performance through development and regular one‑to‑one meetings.
- Maintain high attention to detail and thrive in a high volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Show passion for the brand, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident.
