Person Specification
- Recognised teaching qualification in the UK, including QTS or equivalent overseas qualification.
- Experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4; advantage if taught a range of national curriculum syllabi.
- Experience in a mixed ability secondary comprehensive school and ability to differentiate lessons.
- Current training teachers seeking an ECT position welcomed.
- Confidence to plan, prepare and deliver lessons for mixed‑ability pupils at GCSE level, and ability to offer A Level if confident.
- Team player with a can‑do attitude and sense of humour.
