Multi Trade Operative

Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team. You’ll deliver a first class service to our properties covering Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades.
• Complete all works efficiently and within required deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a trade operative across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fitting, tiling & flooring.
• Good customer care skills.
• Valid UK driving licence – a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
