Role
Chef de Partie with all fresh food experience cooking to a high level. We can train further if you are willing to learn. A brigade of 6 in a modern friendly kitchen. A great opportunity to move within the group and for promotion.
Experience & Qualifications
Experienced Chef de Partie in a fresh food restaurant cooking to Rosette standard. Focus on nose‑to‑tail seasonal food concepts. The menu changes every week. Must be living and working in the UK. Ideally own transport.
Schedule
4 days on, 3 days off.
