Independence & Inclusion Coach for SEND Learners

Shorefields in Chelmsford is looking for an Independence and Inclusion Coach to empower young people across varying curriculum levels. You will support learners with SEND needs, advise staff on inclusive teaching, and work collaboratively to implement inclusive practices.

This part-time position requires commitment to equality and safeguarding, fostering a supportive environment for all learners. Candidates should have GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4-9 or equivalent, with relevant experience preferred.
