Customer Supply Chain Apprentice

• Interface between the customer and our central logistics organisation in all aspects, (i.e. replenishment, transport, and warehouse).
• Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implementation, follow-up and project management of Solutions for customer requirements.
• Management of automated 2‑Way Electronic Data Interchange between Bosch and Customers, (i.e. Orders, Confirmations, etc.).
• Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team.
• Monitoring stock levels, proactive follow‑up of discrepancies.
• Creation and analysis of KPIs and definition of corrective measures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain; Process improvements using Digitalization and Automation tools.
• Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
