Job Overview

Realise Futures is looking for an ESOL Tutor to join the Adult Learning Team across Suffolk. The role involves delivering a range of ESOL courses from Pre‑Entry to Level 2 to adult learners in community‑based hubs in Ipswich.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging, differentiated ESOL lessons.
• Align teaching to awarding body requirements.
• Track learner progress and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with RARPA for non‑accredited provision.
• Create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification with an ESOL subject specialism.
• Experience in ESOL teaching beneficial.
