Hours: 27.5 hours per week; Mon , Tues, Thurs & Friday 8:30 – 4:30; Wednesday 8:30 – 4:30. Contract: Permanent. Time Only: 39 weeks per year. Start Date: September 2026. Actual Salary: Grade D2 4-11 £16,029.78 – £18,232.36.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, patient, and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team at Ebbsfleet Green Primary School. You’ll work closely with class teachers and support staff to help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for pupils with a range of needs.
About The Role
- Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support to help pupils access learning
- Assist with personal care needs when required, always ensuring dignity and respect
- Help deliver creative, inclusive lessons and interventions
- Encourage independence, build confidence, and foster a love of learning
- Contribute to a calm, nurturing, and positive school atmosphere
Who You Are
- Passionate about making a difference to children with SEND
- Experienced in supporting pupils with ASD, speech and language needs, SEMH, or other additional needs
- Ideally qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), with strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team
- Calm, empathetic, and resilient under pressure
- Committed to continuous professional development
