Responsibilities
This will start with actively leading our Climb sessions, organising the activities and ensuring the bookings are running smoothly. You will be responsible for the safety and welfare of customers placed under our care, and for delivering excellent customer service when assisting parents as well as their children, ensuring a fun and enjoyable time is had by all.

Requirements
- Excellent Customer Service
- Responsible for the day-to-day tasks required to maintain an efficient and smooth running centre
- Expected to act in an appropriate and professional manner at all times
- Relevant climbing experience
- Flexible and adaptable
- Knowledge of ‘Best Practice’ in climbing
Qualifications
- Climbing Wall Award (CWA)
- Single Pitch Award (SPA)
- Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI)
- Enhanced DBS check

Salary
up to £15,242 per annum
