About the role: The role combines the cleaning of a premise to the required standard, assisting with general catering and cleaning duties, and the efficient transportation of meals, mail, and other goods / equipment to a variety of schools and other locations across the Citywide sites.
Knowledge of commercial cleaning: Would be advantageous but full training will be provided.
Driving licence: The post holder must have a clean UK driving licence as this post requires you to travel within the city. A vehicle will be provided for you to carry out your duties within your hours of work.
DBS Check: This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently £49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary at a rate of £12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £49.50.
