Finisher & Painter for New Build – Sunderland (CSCS)

Construction, Property and Engineering is looking for a Painter/Finisher in Sunderland to start ASAP. The role involves ensuring high-quality finishes on new build houses. Applicants must have a valid CSCS card and own tools.

This position offers a pay rate of £22 per hour (CIS, PAYE or Umbrella), with 39 hours a week and opportunities for ongoing work. Access to Randstad’s training department is included.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
