Early Career Teachers (ECT) (Qualifying Summer 2026)

£35 – £40k per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Role

We are looking to speak to Secondary ECTs who are looking for their first role for September 2026. We are working with a number of Schools in the Cambridge area who are keen to speak to ECTs about permanent roles for September 2026 start.

Requirements

• Experience of working with secondary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
