Offering a competitive rate of £31.13 per hour, this temporary yet ongoing role is full-time, at 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), providing stability and work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Complete assessments and develop support plans in accordance with the Care Act 2014.
- Conduct reviews using a strengths-based approach to empower individuals and promote independence.
- Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest Decisions to support adult wellbeing.
- Review residential care packages and undertake risk assessments to safeguard service users.
- Work autonomously while managing complex adult cases and collaborating closely with partner teams.
- Attend meetings in person to provide comprehensive and effective client reviews.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker – Must hold a recognised Social Work qualification.
- Adult Social Care experience – Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Adult Social Care.
- Safeguarding and DoLS knowledge – Strong understanding and practical experience of Safeguarding and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) legislation.
- Care Act expertise – Experience conducting Care Act 2014 assessments, support planning, and reviews.
- Mental Capacity experience – Proven ability to undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Decisions.
