Pay Rate: £40,000 per year + bonus of up to £7,000 annually
Job Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: London
Schedule: Mainly Monday–Friday daytime hours, with one evening per week and occasional weekend availability
We are looking for Kitchen Managers to join atis and help us on our mission to create a food company that is different from any other healthy food concept in town.

Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Friendly, nice people who take their work seriously!
- At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role in a professional kitchen, ideally fast-paced and high-volume. Although it is more important to have the right attitude and get stuck in fast!
- You bring positive energy – the kind that sets the tone for the whole kitchen, inspires your team and creates a culture people want to be part of
- You show up – for your team, your guests and the business, leading from the front and going beyond when it matters
- You obsess over quality – in every dish, every process and every standard, ensuring kitchen protocols are followed meticulously
- You’re driven and excited by fast pace and constant improvement – you identify problems quickly, devise solutions under pressure and never stop raising the bar
- You communicate clearly, openly, directly, and always with kindness. You take accountability and hold your team to the same standard – we have no time for blame culture
- Patient, understanding and passionate about developing the leaders around you
