INEOS Technician

Location: On site / Wolvercote, Oxford OX2, UKjob type: Permanent / Full-timeSector and subsector: Automotive | General

Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 pa Basic; OTE Bonus: up to £10,000 per annum; Additional Stretch Bonus Opportunity: up to £10,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm; Saturday Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm

North Oxford Garage is looking for a skilled and motivated INEOS Vehicle Technician to join our growing aftersales team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with the exciting INEOS Grenadier brand in a modern workshop environment, with strong earning potential through our generous bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
• Adhere to all health and safety and manufacturer procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Previous franchised dealership experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional standards.
• MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential.
