Role Overview
Across the UK, millions of children and young people face complex social and emotional challenges. AllChild works within local communities and wider support systems to identify and support those most at risk of poor social, emotional, and academic outcomes. Through our two‑year Impact Programme, we help build a joined‑up network of support around each child and family, working in partnership with schools, local services, and community organisations.
Responsibilities
As a Link Worker (Secondary) based in West London, you will:
- Coordinate bespoke, strengths‑based support through trusted partners, including counselling, tutoring, and engagement opportunities in sport, art, and other community activities.
- Mobilise trusted relationships and coordinate support across the local system to help young people flourish, building confidence, skills, and a positive future.
- Operate within a Secondary School setting, working closely with school staff and external providers.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
- Strong intrinsic motivation and high personal standards.
- Experience and understanding of working within a Secondary School environment.
Location & Salary
West London – W12 7TF
£29,000 per year
Permanent – Full‑time
