About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Digital Skills Coach to empower our students with the digital competencies they need to succeed in education and beyond. In this role, you will support students to use a wide range of digital tools, from Microsoft 365 and online research platforms to AI literacy. You’ll also play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Learning & Research Centre (LRC), ensuring students and staff have access to the physical and digital resources they need.
About the person
- Experience in digital skills training or library/learning resource environments
- Strong digital literacy and excellent interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for student confidence and independent learning
- At least Level 2 (GCSE) standard education; a professional qualification in Digital Skills or Library Services is desirable
