Job Details:

- Shift schedule: 16 per week – flexi‑time between 06:30–18:00, Monday to Friday
- Location: Gressingham Foods, Redgrave, Diss, IP22 1SA

The role

Key responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls from suppliers, consumers, and colleagues.
- Perform general administration duties within the Supply Chain department.
- Use Excel spreadsheets and other system software.
- Follow training and support the team as required.

- Attention to detail and good organisational & time‑management skills.
- Professional telephone manner.

- Own transport to work (remote location).
