Position Overview
A leading international advisory firm is looking to appoint a Global Mobility Tax Assistant Manager to join its specialist London team to advise multinational businesses and internationally mobile employees on complex cross‑border tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of expatriate clients.
- Prepare and review UK Self Assessment tax returns, with strong UK personal tax compliance experience required.
- Advise on UK residence and domicile matters.
- Support tax equalisation calculations.
- Deliver arrival and departure briefings.
- Work closely with overseas offices to provide seamless global tax advice.
- Build strong client relationships and support and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with experienced senior leaders on a variety of international advisory projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in Global Mobility or Expatriate Tax.
- Strong grounding in UK personal tax compliance.
- ATT, CTA or ACA qualified (or part‑qualified).
- Strong communication skills and confidence to work with HR teams, senior stakeholders and international clients.
