Class 1 Refrigeration Driver

Refrigeration Class 1 Driver (Cat C+E, HGV1, LGV1)

Location: Bognor Regis

Contract: Temporary – Potential Temp to Perm (12 Weeks / Ongoing / Ad‑hoc)

Hours: Days (4am–9am) / Nights (4pm–10pm)

Pay: £17.00–£23.00ph + (Minimum 10 hours) – Paid Weekly

Responsibilities

• Drive Refrigeration Class 1, CAT C+E, HGV1, LGV1 lorries.
• Execute a mix of RDC, Local Depots, and Commercial Deliveries.
• Ensure all paperwork and electronic records are kept up-to-date.
• Maintain accurate records of break times in accordance with WTD regulations.
• Adhere to both agency and client regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Experience using palm couplings.
• No more than 6 points on the licence.
• 6 months–1 year experience in HGV1 refrigerated driving.
• Good level of English (speaking, writing, and understanding).
• Solid working knowledge of the UK motorway road network and WTD regulations.
