Multi Trade Operative- Joinery bias
Location: Site based, covering Bristol – Gloucester, Bath, Taunton, Swindon, Oxford and Newport.
Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 39 hours per week plus out of hours on call.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Joiner to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties.

An Outline Of Your Responsibilities And Experience
- Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Joinery background; joinery experience is essential. The works include the repairs of various UPVC doors, windows, kitchen, bathroom repairs and installations and general maintenance to ensure functionality.
- Basic Plumbing – replacing or repairing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps, tiling & patch plastering.
- Floor laying including cap and cove desirable.
- Painting and decorating.
- Social Housing experience is essential as you will be working in tenanted properties on general repairs and maintenance.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.
- NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
- The role will also require a DBS check.
