Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm.
The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant you could be:
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis.
- Working with small intervention groups.
- Assisting teachers in the classroom.
- Supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD and additional learning needs.
- Encouraging confidence, engagement and independence.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working with children or young people.
- Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEN experience is desirable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, adaptable and proactive attitude.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Salary
Salary will be dependent upon proven experience, qualifications, and the expectations and requirements of the role.
